Building fleet software, GPS systems, and web infrastructure since 2007. Here's what I've been working on.
Live systems I'm actively building and maintaining
Customer Dashboard for WebHost.Systems API
A production customer portal for managing GPS tracking infrastructure powered by WebHost.Systems. Users can monitor fleet tracking, manage API keys, track usage and billing, configure webhooks, and access their GPS tracking data through a clean, intuitive dashboard interface.
Built a production-ready customer portal using Phoenix LiveView for zero-latency dashboard updates. Integrated WorkOS for enterprise SSO authentication, Stripe for subscription management, and the WebHost.Systems API for real-time fleet tracking data. Handles 500K+ GPS points per day with comprehensive usage tracking and billing automation.
Production-Ready GPS Tracking Infrastructure Platform
A complete GPS tracking infrastructure solution built from the ground up with Elixir, Phoenix, TimescaleDB, and PostGIS. Ship real-time fleet tracking in minutes instead of months with built-in offline-first sync, multi-tenant isolation, and production-grade reliability. Deploy faster than building it yourself.
Engineered a production-grade GPS tracking infrastructure that handles millions of data points per day with sub-50ms query times. Built on Elixir's fault-tolerant OTP for 99.9% uptime SLA. Implements Yjs CRDT for conflict-free offline synchronization, TimescaleDB for time-series optimization, and PostGIS for lightning-fast spatial queries. Comprehensive 18-document technical documentation with 98% production readiness validation. Hybrid Hetzner + Fly.io deployment architecture optimized for cost and performance.
From gaming communities to fleet management systems
2007 - 2012
My first major project and inspiration: a Halo gaming community website featuring a racing gametype with checkpoints and maps. This early experience with tracking systems planted the seed for my future work. What started as coordinating virtual racers ultimately evolved into coordinating real vehicles through GPS systems.
2012 - Present
The checkpoint and tracking systems I built for HaloTracks.org inspired my transition into fleet management software. The core challenge remained the same: coordinate multiple moving elements through a system of checkpoints and destinations. This unique background gives me a different perspective on fleet logistics.
From concept to production, here's what my experience enables
Complete dispatch, tracking, and coordination platforms with real-time GPS, driver management, route optimization, and maintenance scheduling.
GEOTAB integration, custom tracking solutions, vehicle telemetry dashboards, geofencing, and location-based automation.
WebSocket-powered dashboards, live data visualization, collaborative tools, and instant-update interfaces using Phoenix LiveView.
Custom workflow tools, API integrations, data processing pipelines, reporting systems, and internal business applications.
Stripe integration, subscription management, billing automation, invoicing systems, and custom payment workflows.
Database architecture, complex queries, data migration, reporting dashboards, analytics platforms, and high-performance backends.
Hosting setup, deployment automation, DNS management, SSL certificates, monitoring, backups, and DevOps workflows.
Mobile-first design, progressive web apps, touch-optimized interfaces, and cross-device compatibility.
Logo design, color systems, typography, brand guidelines, and visual identity applied to your software—no separate designer needed.
From HaloTracks.org to fleet management systems - I bring a unique perspective to GPS coordination and logistics software. Whether you need a complete platform or custom integration, I can help.
