The floor plan

Every cell, and the rung it has actually reached.

This is the junction page: what each production cell is, the real repository or product behind it, what it feeds and what feeds it, and the evidence rung it has reached. The rungs are read from the same stored property table the portfolio nav renders — a cell with no recorded rung shows ?, never a flattering spec. Read the ? marks as the roadmap.

Why so many question marks? Because the alternative is worse. Every ? on this page is a cell whose evidence rung has never been recorded in the property table — and the rule this project runs on is that an invented status is worse than a missing one, because it stops the question being asked. Four of them — WORLD, EVIDENCE, METROLOGY and PROOF — are load-bearing for the Worldware argument specifically, which is stated plainly in the masterclass's own gap list rather than left for a reader to discover.
If this page and the nav disagree, the nav is right. The rungs here are transcribed from ampersand-nav's stored property table. That table is the single source, it is what every one of the portfolio's sites renders from, and this page is a view of it. A mismatch means this page is stale — not that the rung changed.
